Hi, I’m Bob Boeggeman.

I have more than 15 years of experience in the repair industry, but my family’s history in appliance repair goes back much further. My grandfather started Fairhills Appliance in 1955, building a family business around hard work, skilled repairs, and taking care of customers. My father followed in his footsteps and continues to keep Fairhills Appliance going today.

You could say fixing things runs in the family.

I grew up learning the trade from my dad, and after high school, I knew working with my hands was where I belonged. I attended trade school, earned my certifications, and went straight into the technical field. Over the years, I’ve diagnosed, repaired, taken apart, put back together, and occasionally scratched my head at just about everything that's been thrown my way.

That experience taught me something important: a good repairman doesn't just know how to fix things—he knows how to treat people.

Good Work. Straight Answers.

Honesty has always been my motto.

When something in your home stops working, you want to know what's wrong, whether it can be fixed, and what your options are. That's how I approach every service call. I'll diagnose the problem, explain what I find in plain English, and give you an honest assessment of the repair.

No confusing technical talk. No unnecessary runaround. Just straightforward service from someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

I'm proud to carry on a trade that's been part of my family for three generations.

A lot has changed since my grandfather opened Fairhills Appliance in 1955. Appliances have gotten smarter, technology has changed, and today's machines look very different from the ones he worked on.

But some things shouldn't change.

Show up. Know your trade. Be honest with people. Stand behind your work.

Those are the values I learned from my family, and they're the values I bring with me every time I walk through a customer's door.

A Family Trade Since 1955
